Hygienic and Sanitary Inspections

FS CERTIFICACIONESIn the food industry, ingredients, raw materials, packaging material as well as production steps, storage and transportation, must comply with hygienic and sanitary requirements established within the country or abroad, to ensure the quality and safety of final products.

Many buyers need to know if their suppliers comply with the current regulation requirements, and request an accredited inspection body to give the conformity of hygienic and sanitary requirements in processing or preparing food and/or in applying a Management System based on HACCP principles. 

Our company is the first one in the country to have the category of “Inspection Body”, accredited by INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property).  We offer our hygienic and sanitary inspections evaluating the risk of processed and elaborated food products and the productive process level of confidence against accepted standards.   

We offer the following accredited inspection services:

  • Inspection of the Application of HACCP System in processing milk and milk products.
  • Inspection of the Application of HACCP System in processing grain-based products and others intended for welfare programs.
  • Hygienic and Sanitary Inspection in elaborating food in restaurants and related food services.
  • Hygienic and Sanitary Inspection in non perishable food products storages.
  • Hygienic and Sanitary Inspection in processing of grain-bases products and others intended for welfare programs.
  • Hygienic and Sanitary Inspection in processing of milk and milk products.
