Spinak, has more than 40 years of experience in the meat industry, the FDA, the USDA and the leading canned food trade association in the United States.  He was the manager of FDA's Low Acid Canned Food División for 15 years, for the USA and abroad.  He is a thermal process expert in low acid canned food and acidified food processing. 

Since the formation of Spinak Consulting in April 2006,  the company has given more than 25 training courses outside of the United States for the canned food industry and food safety government agencies.   Spinak Consulting assists food companies to safely develop and implement new sterilizing, packaging and aseptic technologies.

Spinak Consulting and GRUPO FS has been associated since the beginning to offer in conjunction, expert services to the Aseptic Industry in Latin America as a technical support for this food sector.
