HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK SYSTEM (HST)
Companies must promote labor practices that do not affect employees health and safety, and must implement measures to reduce or minimize risks that increases them; complying with the applicable regulations on this matter.
The sensitivity of authorities and public opinion on this issue has motivated the publication of D.S. 009-2005 TR. This regulation is based on the prevention of labor risks and demands companies to implement a Health and Safety at Work Management System.
Under this new requirement GRUPO FS, offers the implementation of a Health and Safety at Work System, including its validation and subsequent maintenance. Your company will not only comply with the current health and safety legislation but will also have an efficient, integrated and sustainable system that seek for the employees well being.

METHODOLOGY TO IMPLEMENT HST
To achieve the goal pruposed we have established the follwoing activities, which will be developed under a working schedule previously approved by the General Coordinator of your organization.
Base Line Study / Preliminary Study
- Opening meeting, with the members of the safety committee or technical team appointed by the company.
- Meetings with responsibles of each process.
- At place - inspections and record reviewing.
- Closure meeting with the safety committee.
- Delivery of the Base Line Study or Preliminary Report.
System Implementation
Development of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Occupation Risk Analysis)

Observations of the overall administrative, design and logisitic processes.
- Meetings with the employees.
- Measurements of noise level, temperature, illumination on the required areas.
- Working meetings to integrate the personnel involved in security, occupation health and others related areas on the evaluation process and on the design of control measures.
- Development of HIRA in accordance with: Probability vs. Severity
- Presentation of HIRA to the company top management.
- Evaluations and personnel analysis:
- Ergonomic tests
- Ophthalmologic tests
- Other tests required in accordance with the activities done.
Devolpment of risk maps related with the hazards identified on the HIRA
Adjustment or design of HST internal policy

Adjustment or design of procedures and records of the HST system
Training
- Spreading of HIRA procedures and results to all the employees.
- Other sessions required by the Safety Standard, in accordance with the activites done by the company.
HST System Audits
